Join us at Hedera Yoga Studio for a special Mommy & Me Yoga class designed to nurture connection, movement, and mindfulness for you and your little one! This class is a gentle, fun-filled experience that blends yoga, breathwork, and playful movement to support both parent and child. Instructed by Shyrea Jones, Owner and Lead Instructor
Perfect for moms (or caregivers) with babies and toddlers, this session focuses on:
